McDonald’s Miss App - Best Reels for Performance
To help McDonald’s educate viewers on the benefits of the McD App, we aimed to educate and engage through storytelling. Rather than hard-selling promotions, we created a comedic mini-web series that brought the benefits of the McD App to life in a fun, relatable way.
The three-part series follows Jerry Chen, a CEO, as he discovers his “perfect match” in Ms App, one of his hotel employees. Each episode cleverly showcases how Ms App leverages the McD App, from saving time and money to making smart choices, all while demonstrating the qualities the CEO admires: thriftiness, generosity, and hard work. By blending humour, relatable characters, and practical app education, the campaign delivered strong performance results, turning viewers into engaged users and earning the title of Best Reels for Performance.
